Naiya actually fell several weeks ago, the cut is scarred over now. The sad thing was that I was helping the boys build kites and ignored her while she hugged my leg and cried (that's normal when she gets hurt) when she didn't stop I looked down to see her all bloody. Oops.
His smile tells it all. Winning isn't everything. The time he and dad spent together making it are where the memories are. Glad Naiya survived even if her mom ignored her.

So his car didn't come in over weight?
It was just a tad overweight, we removed one tiny weight and it came in at exactly the limit.
