D.A.R.E.

The 5th graders here go through the DARE program at the middle school, ending with a DARE graduation ceremony. The children each had to write a final essay, and the essays were judged and a winner was chosen from each class. Calin was the winner from his class, which is why he's sitting on the floor. As you can see, they seated him, probably the smallest boy in school, next to the tallest girl in the school. 

Calin received a medal for being the class winner.
