That's right...we are proud to report that we have a new addition to the Herzoff family. Casandra Celine was born April 27th; she has red hair, two bottom teeth, and is Naiya's newest "baby". Naiya calls her Cassie and it is super cute to hear her say Cassie's name. When Kate was trying to decide which Cabbage Patch Kid to get for Naiya's birthday, she went to nearly every store in the greater Cleveland area in search of the right one. She even had me calling through the phone book to see which stores carried some and had some in stock.
Naiya's birthday party went well, except for some issues getting the rope effectively over the tree branch for the Dora the Explorer piñata. We had all the guys out there trying to get the piñata to work and even had Curtis scale the tree to help, but he had to back down once he realized that the numerous branches on the limb in question created a near impassable obstacle course. Other than that everyone came, they ate, gifts were opened, they were played with, and then fought over. It was a good time.
Oh...and there was some old guy there playing with a wheelchair.
