We put up a fun Thankful Tree this year. I cut up brown lunch bags to make a trunk and branches, and put the kids to work cutting out leaves. We then invited our guests to add leaves saying what they are thankful for. The kids loved it, and I think the adults did too. I love reading all the leaves, they make me smile.
Most of them involved family members, but there were a few random ones: Ketchup, gymnastics, cops and robbers, space, art, etc. This will definitely be a new Thanksgiving tradition in our home.

Neat idea. Next year I'll send you a leaf or two.
